Yakisoba (Brown Noodles with Meat)

Ingredients:
1 package of soba noodles
1/4 pound of pork/shrimp
Vegtables of your choosing (preferably one 1/4 head of cabbage, one large carrot, one bunch of bean sprouts
1/4 white onion
Kagome Sauce
4 Tablespoons of Vegatble Oil
1 Teaspoon salt, 1 of pepper
Process:
1. Slice up cabbage, onions, carrrots, and white bean sprouts into bite-size peices.
2. Take your hard soba noodles and put them in a microwavable bowl with 4 Tablespoons of water *just enough to wet the noodels. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
3. Next, take 1/2 pound prok and slice it into thin peices. Lightly salt and pepper the meat. And you can use cooked shrimp of you'd like, as in the picture.
4. Take the slice pork and put it in a large pan or wok with 2 tablespoons of oil. Saute the meat. When it's half-way browned, add the sliced vegtables and the microwaved noodles.
5. Stir all the ingredients together for 3 minutes on medium heat.
6. Finally, add Kagome' tonkatsu/brown sauce. Stir for another minute.
