Buta-no-shoga-yaki (Ginger Pork Saute)


Procedure:
1. In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce (light), 3 mirnin, a tablespoon of seaseme oil, and 3 tablespoons of red wine. Feel free to throw in a dash of lemon juice. Add 2 small slices of ginger.

2. Go to your most organic-friendly grocery store and have the deli sheer you off some thin pork loins from the freshest sample they have. You will arrange pork loins on a plate and pour on the marinate from Step 1. Let stand for 1 hour.

3. Add the marinated meat to a frying pan, cook on medium for 7 miniutes (flip meat 3 times).

4. After the meat is cooked, place over a heap of freshly, thin sliced cabbage or other greens. Vwolla.
